Current plan structure
Systeme.io currently lists four plan levels: Free, Startup, Webinar and Unlimited. Its official pricing page says all plans include unlimited email sends, unlimited file storage, unlimited students and no platform transaction fees, while capacity limits increase on paid tiers.
Start with the free tier when possible
The free plan currently includes up to 2,000 contacts and a limited number of funnels and courses. That makes it useful for validating whether the interface and workflow suit you before committing to a paid plan.
When to upgrade
Upgrade when a real capacity limit blocks growth—not simply because a higher plan exists. Contacts, funnel count, course count, automation scale or advanced needs should drive the decision. Check the live pricing page immediately before purchasing because plan details can change.
